Formally known as Pentad Retail/Hospitality (est.1979) the name change allows us to better express our family of real estate solutions and services. The Spartan team is comprised of the original founding partners of Pentad Retail/Hospitality committed to a collaborative working relationship with our clients. Spartan is the exclusive Utah commercial real estate brokerage with membership in the prestigious ChainLinks Retail Advisors network, a national platform of independent real estate companies in every major market in the United States.
